Serena Williams had to pull out of the WTA Tour’s season-ending Sony Ericsson Championships at Doha, Qatar, and when a reporter suggested she should have considered the sponsors and the crowd and gone through with playing despite pulling a stomach muscle, Serena replied:
“You know, I think I know what I should do. I should make you work out for - how old am I? - for like 22 years and then make you have a sever stomach strain and then tell you to play for the sponsors,” she said managing to smile. “You should try it. You should live your dream.”

Do you get the feeling Mister Flatman is not a Serena Williams fan?
